Restorative Yoga Public Classes: 

Sophie Meredith is now teaching in Bathurst, NSW. She teaches at Prana Yoga. Regular classes are Mondays at 6pm.

Individual Therapy and Group Sessions:

For those with Chronic Illnesses, anxiety or just for people looking for deep relaxation. The classes incorporate a restorative sequence to practice in your own home. You will be taught relaxation, visualisation and breathing techniques. Friends, family and partners are welcome to join and will benefit from the classes also. 

This specially designed programme involves gentle stretching exercises that dissolve stress and encourage a better-functioning nervous system. All these assist in the ongoing challenge of managing chronic conditions such as ME/CFS, CFIDS and Fibromyalgia, MS, Cancer, arthritis, High Blood Pressure, Anxiety, Adrenal Fatigue, Thyroid Conditions and everyday stress.
For 1 -2 people: 

One Class: $85

4 Class Bundle: $296 ($74 per class)

10 Class Bundle: $650 ($65 per class)

Sophie has extensive experience of conducting workshops for organisations and events. She offers specialised programs in Yoga and Mindfulness Programs for Stress-Reduction in the workplace and for Chronic Conditions. She also offers tailored programs. After bouts of Glandular Fever and Dengue Fever, experienced teacher Sophie Meredith  had ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia for 5 years. She has learned the hard way that while exercise is important, it must be very gentle, gradual and focused.

Yoga has many benefits for those with ME/CFS and FMS and others with Chronic Illnesses but it must be managed like any other activity or exercise within your individual energy envelope. Sophie understands the energy envelopes and pacing that is required for people with conditions such as ME/CFS, CFIDS and FMS
